We guarantee lead generation based on the package you choose.

However, we do not guarantee sales or conversions, as conversion depends on your business handling and customer service.

Lead cost per call/message may vary based on ad platform algorithms, industry, and target audience.

5. Refund & Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, available at https://aulakhi.com/refund-policy/.

Once a campaign has started and leads have been generated, no refunds will be provided.

6. Client Responsibilities
You must respond to our team for campaign setup, ad creatives, and lead verification.

You are responsible for following up with leads provided by us.

Misuse of leads, spamming, or unlawful activity will result in immediate termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability
Aulakhi Marketing Services is not liable for business losses, missed opportunities, or conversion failures.

Our responsibility is limited to delivering qualified leads as per the selected package.

We are not responsible for downtime, third-party platform errors, or policy restrictions from platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.).

8. Intellectual Property
All content, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies provided by us remain the intellectual property of Aulakhi Marketing Services unless otherwise agreed.

You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our methods without written permission.

9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

False information is provided.

Payments are not completed.

Services are used for illegal or unethical purposes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Punjab.
