At Aulakhi Marketing Services, we value our clients and aim to deliver high-quality marketing and lead-generation services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Service Nature
Our services are digital marketing and lead generation campaigns, which involve ad spend, creative design, targeting, and campaign management.
Once campaigns are initiated, costs are incurred on ad platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google).
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Trial Package Guarantee
If the agreed minimum number of leads/calls is not delivered within the trial package, a refund will be issued for the undelivered portion.
Failure to Start Campaign
If your campaign has not been started within 7 working days of payment (due to our delay), you are eligible for a full refund.
Non-Delivery of Services
If no leads or calls are generated within the service period, a refund will be processed after internal review.
⚠️ Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Leads were generated but not converted into sales (as conversion depends on your business follow-up).
Incorrect business details were provided by the client.
Cancellation request after the campaign has been launched and leads have already started generating.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if the campaign has not yet started.
Once the campaign is live, cancellations are not possible until the end of the package cycle.
4. Refund Process
All refund requests must be sent to [Insert Business Email] with your name, payment details, and reason for refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
